AWESOME. This is my second time dealing with Eduardo and he doesn't miss a beat with Customer Service. Eduardo has to be the BEST Yacht rental person in Cancun. He's that guy, He's the man when it comes down to renting a yacht. I took my parents with me for the first time, and they were unsure about the yacht stuff, but they ended up LOVING IT. The captain of the yacht and crew were awesome. Also, of course, my wife and kids enjoyed every minute of it. Eduardo took care of us all the way. From providing us with transportation to plenty of food and drinks onboard. Also, the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend everyone to deal with Eduardo, I promise he will take care of you and your family. And make your Yacht experience memorable.

I rented a catamaran from Eduardo over the Labor Day weekend for myself and some employees. I have rented catamarans in St. Thomas, Puerto Rico, Costa Rica, etc and this was the best experience I have ever had. I started by requesting an upgrade so that my team could enjoy a Lobster Lunch on the boat at an additional cost. They happily obliged my request and had live lobster brought on board. On the way to Isla Mujeres, one of the hands hooked a barracuda and then handed me the line to pull it in. Once we had it on board, they cleaned it and began preparing it two ways for appetizers. They grilled a whole half and then sauteed the other half in a soy sauce reduction that was Deluxe! For lunch they once again, prepared the lobster two ways for us. Butter tequila sautee and grilled! So, if you can imagine, lounging in crystal clear water off of the northern tip of Isla Mujeres, had our iphone synched up to their blue tooth, and enjoying a deluxe lobster lunch. I can\'t say enough about these guys and will attempt to recreate THAT experience every time I\'m in Cancun!
