Total Play may be fine for Spanish speakers, but it is impossible for someone who does not speak Spanish. It is more expensive. I never got a phone number. I could not make my monthly payment online because it does not accept credit cards from the U.S.

Your company is trying to establish itself in Ajijic, Lake Chapala. It has the largest number of English speaking expats in North America. The sales push has been really strong but trying to speak to an agent in English is extremely challenging as they want to make the sale and communicate via text which can cause a lot of problems with bad translations. I tried phoning the 800!main number and over the period of an hour and a half, was put on hold six times, having asked to speak to someone in English, each time they came back asking exactly the same thing: What’s your contract information! Every time I waited for someone to communicate with an English I’d be put on hold for at least 10 minutes after which someone would come in on speaking Spanish and asking exactly the same question. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such bad customer service in my entire life.
